2012 Visitation Award Guidelines

1. The purpose of the Visitation Award is to encourage Chapters to visit other Chapters in Pennsylvania and attend the State Rally in September.

2. In order to finish first in the Visitation Award Contest, the visiting Chapter must have at least two (2) members participate in a visit and have visited all of the Pennsylvania Chapters at least once. The visit may be any sanctioned Chapter activity, whether it is a Chapter ride, picnic or meeting. The visiting Chapter will receive one point for each visit.

3. After the visiting Chapter has visited all of the Chapters and would like to visit again for points, each Chapter visited for a second time will also count for points. The visiting Chapter will receive two points for the second visit, but you must remember that you cannot just visit one other Chapter continuously.

4. In order for the visit to count, we will need some type of proof that the Chapter was visited. This could be done by using the attached form or by submitting a picture with the names of the visiting Chapter members and either the Chapter or Assistant Chapter Directors or a member of the host Chapter. Please remember if electronically e-mailing the picture, please include the names of all members participating along with the name of either the host Chapter or Assistant Chapter Directors, or member in the picture and to put the date Chapter was visited in your e-mail. If submitting a photo, please put all necessary information on the back of the photo.

5. In case of a tie, the Chapter with the most number of registered Chapter members attending the PA State Rally will be declared the winner.

6. The State Officers will present the Award at the State Rally in September.
