GWTA announces Pennsylvania's second State Rally to held on September 13-16, 2012. The Rally will be held at the Twin Grove Resort and Campground in Pine Grove, PA, just north of I-78, 1st exit off I-81 at Pine Grove. Many local and long-distance rides will be planned to local points of interest and scenic rides through the mountains and countryside.
